30mm Diamond Router Bit F Profile Position 1This Diamante Italia Ogee router bit is a profile 'F', position 1. It is a very aggressive profile tool for doing ogee edge details on 30mm granite and other natural stones. These are equipped with 2 bolts, 8mm and 10mm to fit Master, Sector and other profiling machines. Since they are continuous impregnated diamond tooling they give consistent details with less chipping and smoother finishes. This is a position 1 router bit designed to give you the shape with a coarse grind on the edge of the stone. You can use just this bit and start polishing the stone with a coarse diamond polishing pad (like a 50 grit or 100 grit diamond pad), or you can use a position 2 and or a position 3 diamond router bit behind this one to shorten your completion time as you will have to spend much less time polishing the edge to match the factory finish. If you are going to an antiqued finish or another textured finish this is the only bit you will need before starting that process. This tool will rough grind your granite slab into the Ogee shape that you want. It is designed for long life and works on all granites.
